Capricorn weekly horoscope: December 23 - January 19

Don’t believe your own press this week Capricorn. Whilst it’s generally advantageous to give a good account of yourself when promoting your hopes and aspirations you’ll find that you face the danger of tripping yourself up unless you’re completely honest with yourself. Disappointment and potential embarrassment lie down this path and you know well how much you despise both of these (and quite rightly too!) Be straight with yourself instead and you’ll find that you win out big in the end. How to do this? Cast all fantasy to the wind and decide that this week you’ll only focus on what’s real and what’s happening now. Save your dreams of glory for later as practicalities are demanding your attention. If you don’t attend to these with a focussed mind you’ll find that you have to do the work twice. On the other hand some gritty concentration this week can transform your situation both materially and mentally. Be honest with yourself, get done what you know needs to be done and next week you’ll be sporting that winning smile again!
